With so many facilities opting to not open their pools this summer, many swimmers are looking for a place to swim. Please email sylvaniamasters@gmail.com with your suggestions or locations to share.

 

 

Vineyard Lake County Park, just outside of Brooklyn, MI, has a nice buoy swim line that is approximately 70 yards long and a consistent 5 foot depth.  There is no fee for use, picnic tables are available as well as a port-a-pot.  If interested, or for more information, please reach out to Ginger Dankert via Facebook Messenger or email at gsdankert@gmail.com

 

 

Remember, as you restart your training, start slow.  Focus on your technique and body position.  The speed will come back eventually.
