   100 Kick

   50 Fast

   IMO by set, :25 after each distance

4 x 50 Easy choice :20

    50 Fast :25

    All Choice

Pull 4 x 200, breathe 3/5 by 100 :20

    Work on Distance Per Stroke (DPS)

6 x 100 IM, Descend 1-6 :25

2 x 125 Easy, alt Free/Stroke by 125  :20
